Sarah is a veteran member of the Penn staff and serves as the teacher leader for the Health and Human Services Academy. Her leadership has supported teachers in the use of literacy, common formative and summative assessments, differentiated instruction, and response to intervention. She is one of a handful of teacher leaders responsible for the transformation of Penn High School into one of the highest performing high schools in the midwest. She also recently joined the administration team as an Assistant Principal and will oversee Professional Development, Building & Grounds, and continue her work with the Health & Human Services Academy.
